James Collins has trained guitar techs for some of the world’s biggest touring artists including Coldplay, Robbie Williams and Deep Purple.

A graduate of the prestigious Galloup School of Guitar Making (Michigan USA) an accredited specialist in Gibson guitars and an internationally renowned luthier in his own right, James Collins brings decades of experience to the European guitar scene.

Guitar Tech Academy was established in 2011 and offers 3-day residential building courses and a 1-day set up course at James's workshop in East Sussex.

The Online Academy offers a huge library of video content which takes students through every aspect of guitar set up and maintenance.
